Ingredients
-
1 whole wheel of brie (about 8 oz)
-
2–3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
-
1–2 tablespoons olive oil
-
1 teaspoon fresh thyme or rosemary (optional)
-
Fresh cracked black pepper
-
Honey (optional, for drizzling)
Instructions
-
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
-
Place the brie in a small baking dish lined with parchment paper (optional, for easy cleanup).
-
Scatter the sliced garlic evenly over the top of the brie.
-
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with herbs and cracked black pepper.
-
Bake for 15–20 minutes, until the brie is soft, melty, and slightly puffed.
-
Serve immediately with your favorite bread, crackers, or fruit!
Notes
-
Keep the rind on the brie—it holds everything together beautifully!
-
For a sweeter twist, drizzle the baked brie with honey or fig jam just before serving.
-
Want to get fancy? Add toasted nuts, crushed red pepper flakes, or even a few slices of roasted garlic instead of raw.
-
Brie is best served right out of the oven while it’s warm and gooey!
