Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder (whey or plant-based)

  • 1/4 cup peanut butter (or any nut/seed butter)

  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup (or honey)

  • 2 tablespoons almond milk (plus more if needed)

  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, protein powder, and a pinch of salt.

  • Add peanut butter, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and fully combined.

  • Fold in mini chocolate chips.

  • Adjust texture if needed: add a splash of almond milk if too dry, or a little more almond flour if too wet.

 

  • Eat immediately or refrigerate for 20 minutes for a firmer texture. Store leftovers in the fridge.

Notes
