Ingredients
-
1 cup almond flour (or oat flour for nut-free option)
-
1/2 cup vanilla protein powder (whey or plant-based)
-
1/4 cup peanut butter (or any nut/seed butter)
-
3 tablespoons maple syrup (or honey)
-
2 tablespoons almond milk (plus more if needed)
-
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
-
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-
Pinch of salt
Instructions
-
In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, protein powder, and a pinch of salt.
-
Add peanut butter, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and fully combined.
-
Fold in mini chocolate chips.
-
Adjust texture if needed: add a splash of almond milk if too dry, or a little more almond flour if too wet.
-
Eat immediately or refrigerate for 20 minutes for a firmer texture. Store leftovers in the fridge.
Notes
Use your favorite protein powder for flavor! Plant-based or whey both work. Feel free to switch up mix-ins like nuts, coconut, or different chocolate varieties. This dough freezes beautifully too — just thaw slightly before enjoying.
